The dress code for our wedding is Black-tie. We ask that men wear a tuxedo or dark suit (black, navy, dark gray) and women wear a floor-length formal dress or gown.

Out of respect for the Bride and Groom, their families, and other members and guests, please refrain from using your electronic device during the ceremony. We ask that all electronic devices be in silent mode at all times while on Club property. The Chevy Chase Club does not permit the use of cell phones or any other electronic devices for voice (taking or making calls) unless you are in the privacy of an enclosed automobile, or are utilizing the provided phone booths within the clubhouse. We encourage guests to use their mobile devices to take photos following the ceremony and during the cocktail hour and reception.

Transportation will NOT be provided TO or FROM the venue. Lyft and Uber are readily available in the area and will drop you right at the club house doors. Complimentary valet parking is also available for those who would prefer to drive.

The ceremony and reception are at the same venue and there will be complementary valet parking for guests who choose to drive.

Yes! The ceremony will be held outdoors on the lawn. Please prepare for any and all weather conditions, and note that guests will need to walk on grass to reach the ceremony site. In the event of rain, the ceremony will be moved indoors. Cocktail hour will be held primarily indoors, with access to the lawn. The reception will be entirely indoors!

Although we LOVE your little ones, our wedding will be an adult only affair. If you are a nursing mother, please reach out to Maddy and Kyle.

We have done our best to accommodate plus ones. Any additional guests invited will be included on formal invitations closer to our wedding date. Please reach out to Maddy or Kyle should you feel we did not include an appropriate number of guests on your invitation.
